For instance, if you want to print a Purchase Order form you can do from within the Purchase Order module by clicking on the print icon on the screen toolbar. The new feature adheres to the functionality standards of the familiar Microsoft OfficeŽ Suite.

In ARIA 4XP, you can email a form as easy as 1-2-3! A new option has been added to send forms as email attachments to your co-workers, customers, and trading partners.

When you click the “Send Email” option on the screen toolbar, the new screen that opens allows you to select the desired format for the attached form (e.g. PDF, Excel, XML, etc), select the email recipient either from your ARIA Contacts list or your Outlook Contacts list, and also select any of your pre-defined email texts.

Remember that you can create template email texts through the Accounts Receivable module >> the File menu >> the Customer Letters option.
